WeddingWords is an AI-powered tool that helps you write personalized wedding speeches. You provide details about your role, the couple, and your stories — our AI generates a speech draft that you can refine and use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

• The service uses a credit-based system. You receive 2 free credits on your first visit.
• Additional credits can be purchased in packages: Try (1 credit, $3.99), Popular (3 credits, $8.99), Best Value (10 credits, $24.99).
• 1 credit = 1 speech generation + 3 free refinements. Additional refinements cost 1 credit each.
• All purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. No subscriptions.
• Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been used. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your purchase details.

You own full rights to any speech generated using our service. We do not claim any ownership or license to your generated content. We do not store your speeches on our servers.

Speeches are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for high quality:

• Generated speeches are drafts intended as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and personalizing the content before delivery.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of any generated speech.
• We are not responsible for the reception or impact of any speech delivered using our tool.

You agree not to use WeddingWords to:

• Generate harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass the credit system or exploit the service
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the service without authorization
• Resell or commercially redistribute generated speeches at scale

We aim to keep WeddingWords available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. If we discontinue the service, unused credits will be refunded.

WeddingWords is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
