Data Controller
The data controller for this website is Luiz Tanure, contactable at [email protected]. We are based in Germany and subject to the GDPR.
What We Collect
We collect minimal data to provide our service:
- Anonymous user identifier — a randomly generated UUID stored in a cookie, not linked to your identity
- Credit balance and transaction records — stored in our database, linked only to the anonymous UUID
- Speech input data (role, stories, tone preferences) — sent to our AI provider for generation, then discarded. We do not store your speech content on our servers.
- Email address — collected only if you make a purchase, via Stripe's hosted checkout page
- Language and country preference — stored in a cookie for site functionality
- Analytics data — page views, feature usage, device information (only with your consent, via PostHog)
- Error logs — technical error information for debugging (only with your consent, via Sentry)
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, address, or phone number
- We do not store generated speeches on our servers — they are streamed to your browser and discarded
- We do not process or store payment card data — this is handled entirely by Stripe
- We do not create user accounts or profiles
